Minke respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to visitors to minkeglobal.com and people who contact us or book a meeting with us.

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us when you fill in our contact form or book a meeting: your name, email address, company name, the products you import or export, and approximate volumes, plus anything you write to us.

  • Meeting scheduling data when you book a call: handled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time. See Calendly’s own privacy policy.

  • Automatically collected data when you visit the site: your IP address, browser and device information, and how you use the site, via cookies and Google Analytics.

2. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange meetings — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.

  • To keep you informed about Minke, if you’ve asked us to, for example by joining our waitlist — based on your consent.

  • To understand and improve how our site is used — based on our legitimate interest, using analytics.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our site and tools:

  • Framer — website hosting.

  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics.

  • Calendly — meeting scheduling.

These providers process data on our behalf. Because some of them operate outside Türkiye and the EU, your data may be transferred internationally; we rely on these providers’ own safeguards for such transfers.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics, including Google Analytics, to understand site usage.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA under GDPR or Türkiye under KVKK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
